Very powerful for its size - I rarely use the higher power settings and it comes with a useful set of massage heads. Great for self massage of feet and limbs, but not so easy to massage your shoulders without enlisting a helper, as the device is small and there is no extension handle to reach over your shoulders. That said Its limited size means it’s travel-friendly & it holds its charge for ages - so useful on skiing trips. I bought it on special offer so found it great value.
