What's Inside
INTIMINA KegelSmart Pelvic Floor Toner uses touch sensor technology to register your pelvic floor strength.
Using 5 levels, it rates your contraction strength, from very weak to very strong, which allows you to track your profess.
As you work through your sessions, the KegelSmart will automatically adjust the exercise level and endurance based on your previous session.
Each new level has its own routine designed to help you build strength and tone over time.

If you have confirmed you are pregnant or have given birth within the past 12 months, consult your health care provider about the safety of exercising with KegelSmart. Use only as directed - inserted vaginally to guide you through pelvic floor exercising. Don't use if you have symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease, pelvic infection or any inflammation of the pelvic area.

Mine came with no user manual so I had to research how to use it. I find it bulky and uncomfortable to insert, then have to remove again it after a two minutes. The programme is too short for me, thus making it a waste of money and more importantly my bladder has worsened after a few days of use!

I would recommend this product, you do need to use it everyday to get the benefit.

After giving birth to 2 kids, my pelvic floor was completely wrecked. I could not laugh or sneeze as I suffered from incontinence. I visited my OBGYN and she suggested PFPT. The therapy helped me a lot but with the busy life I'm leading it was difficult to keep it up at home, so I decided to buy a device that would guide me through exercises. I have been using kegelsmart for the past 3 weeks and it's really great that it only takes 5 minutes a day to use it and I can literally feel the progress.
I'm 42yrs young, and I have had 5children. 4 natural births and 1c-section, so now I have a slight incontinence issue. I've only had the Kegal Smart for 2 weeks, it started off on the lowest level but since I've been using my device daily, I've moved up 2 levels. I know this by the amount of flashes it does when I turn it on. The first use will always be the lowest level, it then will adjust itself for the next use.
