Nothing better than a washcloth

I used to have the original Mia, so when it died after a lovely 10 years together, I missed its exfoliation. I was choosing between this and the Mia 2, and I chose this one due to price, and it didn’t look like there were other clear differences. However, I think it might have been the wrong decision. This brush is much louder than the original, and I’ve tried three different brush heads, and none seem as exfoliative as the standard head on the original. I think this brush is just weaker. It still exfoliates, and maybe it’s just the brush head, but I miss the original. I’m not sure if this is even much better than a drug store option. Perhaps the Mia 2 is much better. If it’s in your budget, I would recommend that.

I loved my Clarisonic, been using one for about 8 years, then it broke and it took me forever to find this site that still sells them, was super happy to get another one. Bought it in June of 2022. Tried to use it this morning and I wouldn’t even turn on, it worked perfectly fine yesterday. So I tried to charge it even though it had given no indication it was needing it, like I said, it wouldn’t even turn on. Still sitting on my counter dead as can be, doesn’t even act like I put the charger in it. Such a disappointment. My last one lasted 8 yrs and this one didn’t even make it to 8 months. Wtf?
