Great customer service!
I bought a red light mask last year. About a month ago I noticed a bad connection and two of the lights weren’t staying on. This was my fault due to bending it in the opposite direction to use on my neck. Lesson learned. I won’t be doing that with my new mask. I reached out through my online account asking for an exchange. I was able to upload a picture of the problem and a brief description. Thanks to the 2 year warranty they were able to replace it. It did take them a couple of days to a week to reach back out so just have patience. My new mask came last week. I have been pleasantly surprised with their customer service.
